Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Everyday Calc Lab handles information when you use everydaycalclab.com/. The website is operated by Talha and hosted with Spaceship.

Calculator inputs

Measurements, numbers, quantities, prices and grades are processed in your browser. The calculator code does not send these values to a server or include them in page URLs. You do not need an account to use the tools. The soil, tile and CGPA tools do not save your inputs in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page starts a fresh example.

CSV downloads are created on your device. Copying a result puts it on your clipboard, and printing uses your browser’s print controls. You choose whether to save or share those results.

Currency conversion

When you open a material calculator with currency conversion, your browser loads a table of daily reference rates from Frankfurter. An internet connection is needed to load new rates. The rate request uses USD as its reference currency. It does not include your amount, prices, measurements, selected currency pair, saved tallies or contact details. Conversion happens in your browser.

Frankfurter and its hosting network receive the network information needed to deliver the response, including your IP address. Requests from this site omit cookies and the referring page address. The public rate table is kept in page memory and, where available, this tab’s session storage. It is reused for up to one hour so amount edits and currency switches can update immediately after loading. Session storage normally lasts until the tab or window closes; an expired rate table is replaced on the next successful fetch. The source dates are displayed. No conversion amounts are stored by this feature, and it does not add tracking cookies. Bank fees and card or cash exchange margins are not included.

Saved tallies

If you choose “Save tally” in the board foot calculator, one tally is stored in this browser on this device. It remains until you replace it or clear the site’s data in your browser settings. It is not synced across devices. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to load it. Saving a tally is optional.

Website hosting

Our hosting provider, Spaceship, receives the technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address, requested page or file, request time and browser information. Server logs may be used to maintain the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Calculator values are not included in these page requests by our calculator code.

WordPress administration

WordPress stores site pages, settings and administrator account information on our hosting service. Signing in to the dashboard uses essential authentication cookies. The public calculator pages do not require a login. Public registration and comments are disabled. WordPress may send administrative messages, such as password resets, to the site administrator.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is currently off. The site does not load analytics tags or set tracking cookies. The “Privacy choices” button in the footer confirms the current status. Browser storage is used for saved tallies and the public rate cache; any previously saved analytics preference can also be removed by clearing site data.

Advertising

AdSense and other advertising tags are currently off. Before analytics or advertising is introduced, we will update this policy to describe the providers, data uses and applicable privacy choices.

Email and external links

If you email the operator, your email address and message are received through Gmail and used to respond or investigate the issue. Please include only what is needed to handle your request. You can ask about deletion of your correspondence using the same contact address.

Reference links lead to other websites. Visiting them is your choice, and their own privacy policies apply.

Your choices

You can use every calculator without saving a tally. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove saved tallies and preferences. Downloaded files and copied results are separate; delete them from your device if you no longer need them.
